The system will add a charge of 30 USD for shipping and handling charges. All our shipments are sent through large courier companies such as DHL, TNT, UPS, and FedEx.

A: It is very simple .
Body Mass Index (BMI) = weight in Kg./ height in square meter
For example , Weight = 75 Kg., Height = 168 cm.
BMI = 75/ 1.68 X 1.68
= 75 /2.82
= 26.6 Overweight
Ideal BMI is around 24
Ideal body weight = 24 X 2.82
Ideal body weight = 67.7 Kg.
